We are pleased to announce that Wes’s Service has successfully expanded our services as 24 Hour Private Property Relocation Service providers. In Illinois, private property owners have the right to have unauthorized vehicles removed from their premises. Wes’s Service is ready to provide you with the finest towing, recovery and private property relocation services in the industry. Whether you have a 1,000 space commercial parking lot or a one space residential lot, Wes’s Service is the company for you. No job is too big, no tow is too small — Wes’s Service can do it all!

Our private property relocation service works in two ways. Lots can be serviced on a “Call” or “Patrol” basis. We will provide all service agreements and required sign installation, at no cost to you. The vehicle owner will be responsible for any/all charges due on the impounded vehicle. The impound charges are regulated by the Illinois Commerce Commission. As a reputable, long standing business, Wes’s Service complies with all the rules and regulations set forth by the State of Illinois.

If a “Call Lot” is the best option, Wes’s Service will be on stand-by 24 hours a day to take calls from your authorized property agent(s). Each lot is assigned a “security code” which is required for every tow. This feature protects you and your tenants from vehicles being mistakenly towed. This “security code” can be shared at the owner(s) or manager(s) discretion.

If a “Patrol Lot” is a better option, Wes’s Service will randomly patrol your premises 24 hours or during designated hours assigned by property owner(s) or manager(s). Patrol Lots do require parking permits. The parking permits can be provided to you for $1.00 per permit or any current property permits provided by the property owner(s) or manager(s) can be used. While patrolling your private property, our reliable licensed drivers will relocate and impound any vehicle not displaying a parking permit for the premises and/or violates any parking rules set forth by the property owner(s), manager(s).
